TYPOGRAPHIC PROJECT
I chose to follow a brief based on the notion of Fakery. The Poetry of Science explores the understanding of how a factual piece of information can be misinterpreted or misunderstood through the use of poetic language and structure. The experiment engages with scientific quoted evidence and to subvert it to be something more considered as a concept or belief than a fact.
The poetry book is not intended to fully functional as a poetry book, but instead an experiment into how perceptions of scientific thought can be changed through applying the style in which the information is presented.
